NGTN provides members with curated audition notices, educational resources, industry opportunities, and related informational services designed to support emerging performers in their professional development.

NGTN does not guarantee auditions, callbacks, bookings, employment, representation, admission to educational programs, or any specific career outcome.

2. Not an Agency or Talent Manager

NGTN is not a licensed talent agency and does not procure employment for performers. NGTN does not negotiate contracts, submit performers for employment, or act as a legal representative. Membership is intended as a pre-professional support service and educational resource.

3. Membership Fees

Membership fees are billed according to the plan selected at checkout.

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Member Responsibilities

Members are responsible for:

Providing accurate contact information.
Maintaining access to their email account.
Reviewing opportunity information before applying.
Meeting all eligibility requirements established by third-party organizations and casting professionals.

5. Third-Party Opportunities

NGTN shares opportunities from third-party organizations, educational institutions, casting professionals, theatres, and production companies.

NGTN is not responsible for changes, cancellations, inaccuracies, application decisions, or outcomes related to any third-party opportunity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the NGTN website, including text, graphics, logos, branding, and membership materials, is the property of NGTN and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

NGTN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services, website, or membership program.

Members use NGTN services at their own discretion and risk.
