Take a moment to look through how we send out audition emails to our members, step by step, so you can be prepared before you start with us.
1. Fill Out Our Form
As you set up your membership with NGTN, we will ask you to fill out a form with basic
questions to get to know your requirements for us. This information will help us structure what types of auditions you want sent to you. This makes our management style with you completely individualized to each performer.
2. Pick Your Regions
This question will be asked on the form as you sign up for a membership. Here are all of the regions you are allowed to choose from:
New England
(Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont)
Mid-Atlantic
(Delaware, Maryland,
New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, Washington DC)
Southeast
(Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee)
South-Central (Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas)

When it comes to choosing regions, we will send you any audition notices that are based on the locations you pick. On the form, you are allowed to pick as many regions as you want, even if it does not align with your current location.
3. Confirmation Email
NGTN will send a confirmation email to let you know that we received your information and are working to put your preferences in our system. You should start receiving audition notices as soon as two weeks after your membership purchase.
4. Sample Email
